Key Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Customer Service Center drivers and small team
Answer phone calls and follow up on email requests and inquiries from customers
Manage and track FedEx shipments
Oversee accurate inventory records and coordinate stock levels
Ensure timely replenishment to align with production requirements
Review and process customer orders accurately and timely
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift/push a minimum of 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Previous administrative/coordinator support experience in production or a related field
