Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Customer Service Center drivers and small team
  • Answer phone calls and follow up on email requests and inquiries from customers
  • Manage and track FedEx shipments
  • Oversee accurate inventory records and coordinate stock levels
  • Ensure timely replenishment to align with production requirements
  • Review and process customer orders accurately and timely
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift/push a minimum of 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative/coordinator support experience in production or a related field
