Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans.
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings.
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
Engage in collaborative care with team members.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
