Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate member experience through various communication channels
  • Assist members with complex quotes, binding new business, and policy changes
  • Provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining engaging interactions
  • Maintain required licenses and ensure compliance with risk policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
  • 1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

  • US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • 1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
