As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their auto loans by negotiating payment plans and maintaining positive relationships. You'll utilize your skills to educate and guide customers, ensuring they stay on track towards vehicle ownership while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
