Job Description
Join Quill as a Sales Business Development Representative, where you'll lead efforts to drive new revenue and support growth in the Philadelphia region. This remote role offers the opportunity to connect with customers, present tailored solutions, and make a positive impact on our culture and team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend and potential
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral to build engaging presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts for customer acquisition
Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve and apply coaching
Make a positive impact on team culture
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
