Key Responsibilities
Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks
Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Required Qualifications
6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Ability to educate and connect customers to technology
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Experience working with others on a team
Cash handling experience
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Well-organized and independent
Ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policy guidelines
Relevant military experience
