Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operating room workflows, authorizations, and utilization metrics
Generate and analyze daily reports on OR utilization and workflow trends
Provide oversight and leadership to administrative staff
Facilitate communication between administrative personnel, surgeons, and hospital departments
Supervise the prior authorization process
Required Qualifications
3 years administrative secretarial experience
1 year supervisory experience
Computer literate with MS Office
