Job Description
Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a Sales Account Manager to drive sales and business growth. You will manage a significant account portfolio, utilizing strategic planning and sales methodologies to enhance customer relationships and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and manage current customer base
Identify core and specialty category opportunities
Build strategic growth plans and identify new opportunities
Utilize enablement tools to update customer data and manage pipeline
Execute sales strategies through various communication methods
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Track record of exceeding sales quota
Managed complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility for retaining and growing accounts
