Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations of Patient Service Centers
Manage and monitor patient flow and inventory levels
Perform blood collections and specimen processing
Address customer service related issues
Promote teamwork and effective communication among coworkers
Perform data entry of patient information
Process billing information and collect payments
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
Travel to additional sites when needed
Required Qualifications
Valid California issued Phlebotomy License or application filed
Previous experience as a phlebotomist (1 year preferred)
In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties and techniques
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be 21 years of age, reliable transportation, and clean driving record if applicable
