Job Description
Join Staples as a Customer Sales Account Manager and be the vital link between our business solutions and clients. This role involves collaborating with partners, managing marketing initiatives, and driving sales growth, all while working in a supportive and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with buying group partners.
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content.
Partner with marketing channels to increase awareness of Quill offerings.
Serve as primary contact for contract support and new member onboarding.
Train sales teams on buying group updates and initiatives.
Support conference setup and materials.
Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy.
Work with pricing team for collateral updates.
Assist with large buying group sales initiatives.
Attend and support conferences as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
Collaboration skills
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
