Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Inspire sales leadership and develop sales talent
Coach and direct sales teams to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities through strategic vision development
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Manage sales activity, pipeline progression, and provide regular reports
Direct the proposal process and supervise development of NPV IRR data
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of sales leadership experience managing business accounts and sales teams
Experience achieving sales goals and executing tactical sales plans in telecommunications or technology
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Expert in computer networking and fiber connected networks
Leadership, finance, and English communication skills
Deadline-driven with the ability to guide proposals of products and solutions for business class segments
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office
