Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire sales leadership and develop sales talent
  • Coach and direct sales teams to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic vision development
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage sales activity, pipeline progression, and provide regular reports
  • Direct the proposal process and supervise development of NPV IRR data

Required Qualifications

  • Five or more years of sales leadership experience managing business accounts and sales teams
  • Experience achieving sales goals and executing tactical sales plans in telecommunications or technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Expert in computer networking and fiber connected networks
  • Leadership, finance, and English communication skills
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to guide proposals of products and solutions for business class segments
  • Valid driver's license

  • Familiar with Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
