Risk Capital Transformation Program Manager

100% Remote Contract to Hire Opportunity

Job Description

This program manager will be right in the heart of both business and IT transformation programs.. The role involves working with various teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical teams, and requires strong communication and PowerPoint presentation skills. The role is remote, preferably in the Midwest or East, and candidates must be open to converting to full-time after six months.

Must Have Skills- Application isn't considered without the following:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
• Subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk, including knowledge of P&C (Property and Casualty), Specialty Lines, or industry-specific risk solutions
• Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, from Risk Analytics, broking, underwriting, and placement to service delivery, cash cycle management and claims resolution
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operational Expenditures (OpEx), and their relevance in transformation program planning and business case development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $105.00/hr.
