This role involves prospecting, customer consultations, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with business clients and fleet accounts
  • Conduct needs assessments for vehicle solutions
  • Prepare and present customized vehicle proposals
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of leads
  • Serve as a point of contact for fleet customers
  • Stay updated on Ford commercial vehicle offerings and incentives
  • Work with service, parts, and upfit partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track follow-ups

Required Qualifications

  • Prior automotive or B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Basic proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
