Job Description
Join New Directions Mental Health as a Child and Adolescent Therapist, where you will empower youth and families through tailored therapy and comprehensive support. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Complete billing, documentation, and treatment plans in a timely manner
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
Experience in working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
