Lead and develop high-performing sonography teams across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused culture that supports clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Drive strategic growth and innovation within the Cardiac Sonography department by identifying service expansion opportunities, advancing imaging capabilities, and aligning with cardiovascular service line objectives. Oversee daily operations and resource allocation to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging services, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing the patient experience. Mentor and empower staff through performance coaching, competency development, and succession planning , cultivating a resilient workforce prepared to meet evolving patient care demands Bachelor's Degree.
