Join the Interventional Radiology/Cardiac team at Presbyterian Hospital as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide essential direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs.
Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.
Performs assessments as per unit standards and documents on appropriate data base/assessment flow sheet.
Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician and documents according to policy.
Evaluates patient progression toward outcomes per unit policies.
Delegates or assigns aspects of patient care to healthcare team members.
Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.
Assists with various procedures, treatments, surgical techniques.
Demonstrates competency in required psychomotor skills.
Assumes other leadership roles as required by the department.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification
ACLS
PALS
One year of Cardiac Experience
