Job Description

Join Sherwin-Williams as a Branch Wholesale Product Specialist, where you will provide exceptional service to commercial paint customers. Engage with clients, resolve concerns, and help meet sales goals while working in a supportive environment focused on your growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Follow and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Tint and mix products as needed
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Assist in making deliveries
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish
