Schedule: This is an exempt position that will work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and serve as an advocate and educator for cancer patients from diagnosis through the end of active treatment. You will ensure the patient remains compliant with the treatment plan. You will achieve this goal by building relationships with patients and physicians and coordinating the plan of care, education, resource provision, and/or representation within the multidisciplinary care environment. You will also assume responsibility and accountability for the management of resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for cancer patients, including support with interdisciplinary and cross-facility coverage and collaboration.
