Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will drive sales performance by coaching and developing your team of Sales Consultants. You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and deliver profitable growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Engage in one-on-one coaching and conduct SC work-withs
  • Lead and facilitate district meetings to drive sales
  • Support Customer Engagement efforts
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales consultants
  • Prioritize relationships with top customers and prospects
  • Execute territory planning and management

Required Qualifications

  • High School education
  • 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
