Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate resident movement/placements
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CARF regulations
Develop and maintain weekly data and trackers
Conduct chart and documentation reviews
Participate in the development of Plans of Corrective Action
Track incidents and ensure timely follow-up
Facilitate meetings and communication regarding resident care
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field or advanced certification in healthcare management
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the intellectually disabled population
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, compliance or quality role
Knowledge of OPWDD and DOH regulations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
Hebrew, Yiddish or Russian-speaking
