Job Description
Join AFC as a Relationship Specialist and play a pivotal role in building relationships with independent auto dealers. You will provide financing solutions while driving customer success and business growth in the Fargo and Bismarck, ND markets.
Key Responsibilities
Assess business and risk situations using critical thinking
Develop understanding of customer needs through CRM tools
Grow portfolio and assist in promotional efforts
Manage and service customer accounts while balancing risk
Drive growth opportunities and support team success
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to travel 60-70% within assigned market
Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Sales expertise and problem-solving skills
Understanding of portfolio management and risk
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with technology and mobile applications
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
