Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for complex patients during air or ground transport
Utilize advanced skills and critical thinking in unpredictable environments
Integrate pathophysiologic concepts and pharmacology knowledge in patient care
Required Qualifications
BSN
Minimum three years critical care experience (ICU or ED)
One year of ICU experience
Certification in CEN, CCRN, or CFRN
ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification
CT and RI Paramedic License
Advanced skills in endotracheal intubation, cricothyroidotomy, pericardiocentesis, peripheral and central venous access, intraosseous infusion, umbilical venous catheterization, and needle thoracotomy
