Key Responsibilities
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Support participants with personal hygiene and developmental goals
Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
