Job Description
As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional print solutions and customer service. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving sales while being part of a vibrant team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers
Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative print and marketing solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community
Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
Consult with customers to offer appropriate options and deliver total print solutions
Leverage Salesforce.com for customer management through in-store engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational and cooperative manner
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
