Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain confidential customer information
Interact with customers using video communication software
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work minimum of 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
