Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Maintain confidential customer information
  • Interact with customers using video communication software
  • Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work minimum of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial tax preparation software
  • State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
