Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Adult Medicine team. If you’re passionate about health equity, collaborative care, and improving lives every day — we want to hear from you.
As an APRN or PA you will:
Deliver comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, culturally competent care.
Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Refer patients for specialist care as needed and follow up to ensure continuity.
Champion quality standards and help shape better outcomes for our community.
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
~ DEA and state narcotic registration (or eligibility to obtain).
~1–2 years of experience in ambulatory care or urgent care preferred.
~ Clinical expertise in adult medicine, with strong decision-making and diagnostic skills.
~ Passion for serving a diverse, often underserved population with cultural sensitivity.
~ You will work with people who care — about patients and about each other.
