Novant Health Rowan Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Delivers care that is consistent with the physical therapy practice act in the appropriate state and adheres to APTA Code of Ethics. Completes patient evaluations and treatments independently while maintaining patient safety. Requires infrequent guidance/mentoring for complex or non-routine patients. Appropriately seeks guidance and assistance when necessary. Independently establishes / implements treatment goals and plans based on patient input and evaluation and assessment results. Reassesses outcomes and modifies goals and plans to meet changing needs of the patient. Schedules patient activities according to patient individual needs. Demonstrates technical competencies and job knowledge involving unusual or infrequent circumstances. Appropriately delegates tasks to support personnel.
