As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers with their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions. You'll leverage your communication skills and financial knowledge to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to acquire new customers

Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
Complete a video interview assessment

1 year cash handling experience
Spanish speaking preferred
