Key Responsibilities
Greets visitors and assists during check-in, intake, and checkout
Provides outstanding customer service
Schedules appointments and records information in the Practice Management System
Answers telephone calls and routes appropriately
Verifies insurance eligibility and ensures requirements are met
Collects co-pays
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
One year of experience in customer service or reception
Previous data entry or typing experience
Knowledge of basic office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a health care environment
Computer experience
Experience with EPIC
Well-developed interpersonal skills
