Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process
Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology accurately
Provide high-quality images to the Radiologist for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment
Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Current ARRT Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
