• Monday through Friday schedule -- 8am - 5pm shifts
• Patient load of 30 units per week based on 40-hour schedule
• Home health setting
• Documentation required within 24 hours
• 2 - 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience required
• 13 week assignment length
• BLS certification required
