TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.
Children's Hospital Colorado Location: Anschutz Medical Campus Unit: Level Four NICU Total # of Unit Beds/Suites/Deliveries: 82 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1 Position Title: RN - Level Four-NICU Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Assignment Dates: 11/18/2025 to 02/21/2026 ONLY Shift: Day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM 50 Mile Radius Rule Float Requirement: ICUs (CICU or PICU) and acute care floors (L6, 7, 8, 9, 10) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; Friday, Saturday and Sunday On-Call Requirement: None Holiday Work Requirement: Will be expected to work one holiday. FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation) Qualifications: Education: BSN- Required. Will consider ADN with 8+ years level IV NICU exp in a teaching AND children's facility Licensure/Certification: RN Required Certifications: BLS , NRP, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support Minimum Clinical Experience Required: 2 years of Level IV NICU experience EMR Epic REQUIRED: Experience in a teaching hospital EPIC within the last yr Preferred: Prior travel nursing experience This position is best suited for experienced NICU nurses who are comfortable working in a high-acuity, Level I trauma center. While prior travel experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this role a good opportunity for new travelers.
