Accel Therapies is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead the implementation of treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental needs. The role includes conducting assessments, supervising staff, and ensuring quality care in a supportive environment, all while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Provide supervision and parent training across various environments
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and families
