Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare leadership
  • Skill in leadership, initiative, judgment, and decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience in improving outcomes in assigned areas
  • Knowledge of electronic health record systems
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and operational improvement skills
  • Knowledge of business/medical administration principles
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in ambulatory settings
