Job Description

Join MassMutual as a remote Customer Care Specialist, where you will create personalized experiences for customers in the Annuity Call Center. This role involves problem-solving, educating clients on their annuity contracts, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact
  • Educate customers about annuity contracts
  • Handle problems independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
  • Balance time to meet expected service levels
  • Utilize multiple systems to meet goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience or Undergrad Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
