Job Description
Join MassMutual as a remote Customer Care Specialist, where you will create personalized experiences for customers in the Annuity Call Center. This role involves problem-solving, educating clients on their annuity contracts, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and resolve requests on first contact
Educate customers about annuity contracts
Handle problems independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
Balance time to meet expected service levels
Utilize multiple systems to meet goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience or Undergrad Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Customer Service Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
