Patient Safety Assistant II - Nights

Overview:

The Sitter department is housed within Nursing Resources, a group of departments that allocate resources to patient care areas throughout the system to assist in providing safe care environments. 

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

• Patient Monitoring
• Communication
• Safety Commitment
• Provides basic patient care

Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.

Basic Life Support *(BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment.  Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• Basic Life Support *(BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.

Compensation

• $11.29-$18.45/hr based on previous work experience.
