Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the bakery-cafe team, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members
  • Manage team performance to meet operational and quality standards
  • Create subject matter experts within the bakery-cafe
  • Follow operational procedures to execute company strategies
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and service
  • Build long-term relationships with guests
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Maintain overall costs and inventory of the bakery-cafe
  • Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
  • Ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen
  • Ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
