Key Responsibilities
Lead the bakery-cafe team, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Hire, onboard, and train new team members
Manage team performance to meet operational and quality standards
Create subject matter experts within the bakery-cafe
Follow operational procedures to execute company strategies
Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and service
Build long-term relationships with guests
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Maintain overall costs and inventory of the bakery-cafe
Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
Required Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
Ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen
Ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years of age or older
