BRAIN is a group within WorldQuant similar to a traditional B2C fintech setup. Our mission is to simplify quant finance and provide global opportunities for individuals to participate remotely in this initiative, while they learn quant finance, AI and ML concepts. WorldQuant Brain provides an advanced crowdsourcing platform for external participants to contribute signals, data, and more.
The Role: We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Head for our US based offices. Work closely with BRAIN global leadership to build the brand
Operations include:
User Management: Includes acquisition, onboarding, engagement, support and lifecycle support
Engage with internal and external partners to implement the growth plan
Lead execution of key initiatives like promotions, competitions, etc.
~ Lead key global initiatives and craft standard methodologies across BRAIN locations
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university
~Experience as a team leader
~ Fluent in spoken and written English
~ Self-starter: has shown an ability to set up initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.
~ History as an entrepreneur and/or experience working in quant/finance industries are a plus
