Job Description
Citizens is seeking a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager to lead a team in the New England region, driving growth and ensuring high standards in loan servicing. This role involves managing staff, developing training programs, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies and procedures for loan management
Direct and evaluate performance of loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and address training and staffing needs
Monitor loan servicing lifecycle activities
Manage relationships with vendors and IT department
Communicate with management and maintain professional relationships
Report on pipeline status and closing results
Develop relationships between Sales and Operations Teams
Ensure clear communication throughout the loan process
Maintain knowledge of Citizens products and industry standards
Evaluate and report employee performance
Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
Maintain customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive in market experience for the New England region
Ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Compliance with Mortgage Loan Originators requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
