Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS)
Calibrate, operate, and maintain electronic data collection devices
Collect and manage data from wellfield extraction and environmental monitoring locations
Implement the GCCS preventative maintenance plan
Operate and maintain liquid management systems and perform troubleshooting
Perform wellfield valve/vacuum adjustments and interpret data
Use PVC or HDPE piping materials for maintenance
Operate heavy equipment such as articulating dump truck and hydraulic excavator
Follow health and safety requirements and procedures
Be available for on-call response to GCCS malfunctions
Required Qualifications
Valid and unrestricted drivers license
18 years of age or greater
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the Waste/Landfill industry
Experience operating heavy equipment
