Join Sanofi as a Global Brand Manager for Beyfortus, a key product in the Global RSV Franchise. You will drive brand strategy and execution while working cross-functionally to position the brand effectively against competitive threats, contributing to a product projected to achieve EUR 2-5Bn in peak sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive brand strategy and narrative with product scientific data
Co-Lead the development of a new Global branded customer campaign
Design and implement brand archetypes for Beyfortus launches
Lead implementation strategies across markets
Develop a comprehensive cross-functional Global Brand Plan
Generate customer insights for brand plan execution
Lead GBT meetings preparation and facilitation
Own and execute personal development plans
Required Qualifications
At least 7-8 years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific and/or business discipline
Innovative and strong marketer with product launch experience
Strong strategic thinking and written presentation skills
Transversal and project management skills for effective collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in country marketing (US preferred) and field sales
Experience with commercial topics like payer systems and market research
Scientific interest in the fundamentals of the disease and product
