Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a part-time Rental Car Customer Service Representative and enjoy a dynamic outdoor work environment. You'll assist customers with vehicle rentals and returns while delivering exceptional service. Benefit from flexible scheduling, paid time off, and various employee perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
  • Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers
  • Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (typing, sitting, standing, walking, entering/exiting vehicles)
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
