What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Personalized Patient Care: Provide one-on-one care tailored to the active plan of treatment developed by physicians and clinical teams.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely and accurately deliver medications and therapies while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document With Precision: Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation of nursing activities, patient responses, and coordinated care.
  • Educate & Empower: Guide patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention to promote long-term wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Home health experience preferred, but not required
