Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab / SDS / PACU

Location: Honesdale, PA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (ASAP Start)
Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, including moderate sedation, as directed by the physician.
  • Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Float between Cath Lab, SDS, and PACU as needed to support patient flow and departmental needs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (7–10 call days in a 4-week period).
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility).
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, PACU, or SDS settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
