Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Parts Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate parts management for high-quality collision repair services. Lead a dedicated team while contributing to a people-first culture in one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and complete all parts ordering
Monitor deliveries and track parts status
Receive and check in parts
Inspect delivered parts for quality
Return incorrect parts to the vendor
Drive parts related KPIs
Coordinate parts invoicing
Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge
Lead Parts Team if applicable
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid Driver's License
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software
