Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of Delivery Associates
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Manage labor hours and supplies within budget
Prepare work schedules including extra shifts
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates
Monitor associate morale and communication
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience and/or training
Successfully engage and lead discussions and meetings
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Excellent computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
