Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial risk strategy and manage insurance and claims programs
  • Build frameworks to proactively manage risk and protect public assets
  • Navigate regulatory challenges and control financial exposure
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial risk management, insurance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing financial risk management frameworks
  • Strong understanding of insurance markets and programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Professional certifications such as CRM, CPCU, ARM, or CIC
  • Experience in the transit industry or related fields
