Key Responsibilities
Drive financial risk strategy and manage insurance and claims programs
Build frameworks to proactively manage risk and protect public assets
Navigate regulatory challenges and control financial exposure
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with legal, finance, and operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in financial risk management, insurance, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing financial risk management frameworks
Strong understanding of insurance markets and programs
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Professional certifications such as CRM, CPCU, ARM, or CIC
Experience in the transit industry or related fields
