Key Responsibilities
Manage material procurement and obsolescence tasks
Identify applications, document and communicate issues
Work with subject matter experts to implement solutions
Interface with suppliers and chemical management companies
Present issues to Leadership, Program Management, and Supply Chain
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., chemistry, polymer science, instrumental analysis, materials engineering) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience with material testing techniques (e.g., FTIR, hardness, % elongation)
Preferred Qualifications
Professional level communication skills
Knowledge of a vast array of materials (e.g., epoxies, polymers, elastomers, composites)
Experience with Raytheon’s chemical procurement systems (e.g., tcmIS, PRISM, Incora)
