• Minimum 1 year Home Health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted if seasoned to home health
• Required BLS certification
• Driver's License and proof of Insurance required
• Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions)
• Must have IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS, case management skills
• Ability to oversee/episode management up to 25-30 patients at once
• Required 30 VE a week
• 5 days orientation
• Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Teammates are required to complete 6 visits a day (routine visits, discharge, ROC, recert, reassessment)
• Territory: Stanly - Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between
