Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker, where you'll empower adults with serious mental illness to achieve independence through personalized recovery goals. Collaborate with a dedicated therapeutic team to provide culturally competent services, ensuring optimal treatment and support for clients in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments and develop individual service plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in weekly case conferences and staff meetings
File incident reports and complete timely documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Willingness to work with individuals with mental illness and substance use
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness
Knowledge of local and state health and human service systems
